"Now is the time of the image" of Abel Gance Text
very, very interesting, but qjue for copyright reasons I can not post here, so I'll just give my humble opinion.
First of all, one might say that we find an author who simply loves ... film. Above any other art, any poetry that you evoke happiness, any song magnifies any picture perfect path. And I think it's because it understands that cinema is also a conglomeration of all these arts together. Know your name and film work before you read my text, but reading his words, it is noted that the film moves
The film may be the perfect vehicle to convey feelings such as sadness, love, happiness, longing, etc.. And it does not only putting in the eyes of the viewer to a person saying how you feel. The viewer stands in front of the music, the framing of the image or moving of the camera. Cinema is the single most responsible for it and the author himself knows.
The film is the epitome of the arts today, and not only that, but the narrative, staging and probably the music (although the latter is much more debatable), capable of providing and things that make us feel our own life, real, palpable, not get even remotely.
